Programs for schools and kindergartens

In the park, we conduct nature days for kindergartens and primary schools. More information about our offerings can be found in the brochure. We can also tailor the program for schools and kindergartens according to your specific needs and interests. Additionally, our park is an ideal venue for organizing end-of-year picnics for groups, where we can also include horseback riding.

Who are the programs intended for?
  • Preschools, ages 3-6
  • 1st cycle of primary school, grades 1-3
  • 2nd cycle of primary school, grades 4-5

What our programs offer

On our nature days, you will discover the wonderful world of nature through various interesting themes. Our goal is to delve into natural processes, understand the importance of preserving nature, and learn how we can contribute to sustainable development. The themes related to nature and living environments can be explored according to the season. Themes can be adjusted based on the age of the children and the preferences of the teachers. The guided programs include a tour and horseback riding.

Plant Kingdom

We will explore the diversity of plants, their characteristics, and their role in ecosystems. We will investigate various types of plants, from trees to flowers, and learn to identify them.

Herbs

We will delve into the world of herbs, their medicinal properties, and their use in everyday life. We will learn to recognize different herbs.

Forest Edge

The forest edge is the area where the forest meets open land. We will learn how these transitional zones support biodiversity and why they are important for maintaining biological diversity.

Beneficial Insects

Insects play a crucial role in nature. We will learn about various types of beneficial insects, such as pollinators (bees, bumblebees, wasps, etc.).

Bees

Bees are essential for plant pollination and food production. We will learn about the Carniolan bee and the life of bees.

Hedgerows

Hedgerows are important elements of the cultural landscape that provide habitat for many species. We will learn how hedgerows contribute to ecological balance and why their preservation is important.

Karst Landscape

The Karst region is a unique landscape known for its karst features such as caves, sinkholes, and karst springs. We will explore how these karst phenomena form and why this landscape is so special.
