As part of the project activities, we will educate and raise awareness among participants about methods of improving physical and mental health through nature and its resources, in terms of environmental \u2013 healthy experiences in nature, natural medicinal products and treatments \u2013 the healing power of nature and water \u2013 hydrotherapy.\n<br><br>\nSpecial attention will be given to vulnerable social groups (children with special needs, seniors over 50 years old, and the long-term unemployed) and the exchange of knowledge and experiences between different age groups (intergenerational collaboration). They walked through the estate, enjoyed the forest, and explored what it offers. In Stari Maln near Zaplana, participants experienced\u00a0<i>\u00bbKneipp therapy\u00ab<\/i>\u00a0\u2014treatment with cold and hot water that stimulates the immune system, affects stress hormone release, accelerates blood circulation and digestion, and reduces pain sensitivity. In today\u2019s fast-paced world, numerous obligations and constant stimuli lead to increasing stress, negatively impacting health and well-being. This is especially concerning for\u00a0<b>ulnerable groups<\/b>who may feel neglected, isolated, or unimportant due to their circumstances or various issues. Activities involving direct contact with nature help these individuals relax, move more, and significantly benefit their well-being. The Ljubljana Society, Reka Sedmerih Imen, voluntarily participated in activities related to forest resources (forest baths, sensory forest experiences, sustainable and health-friendly wood construction, etc.). They operate in a 1890 km\u00b2 watershed, and their involvement contributed to forest and rural development.<\/li>\n \t<li>By bringing together\u00a0<b>younger and older generations,<\/b>\u00a0the project fostered a more inclusive society, facilitated the exchange of valuable knowledge and experiences, and strengthened teamwork. Participation improved individual acceptance, social connections, satisfaction, and reduced health issues. Participants will be able to use their new knowledge in their daily lives and share it with family, friends, and acquaintances.<\/li>\n \t<li>The workshops also explored the potential for\u00a0<b>developing and implementing\u00a0<\/b>these<b>\u00a0activities on the farm<\/b>; this served as a basis for preparing a program draft for continuing activities after the project\u2019s completion, within the framework of supplementary activities on the farm.<\/li>\n \t<li>For the development of new sustainable activities on Zaplana 1890 farm, Dr. Benjamin Leskovec completed\u00a0<b>training<\/b>\u00a0in various natural approaches to health and well-being (nature experiences, use of natural products, healing power of water). He shared this new knowledge with other partners and interested farming communities.<\/li>\n \t<li>\u0160tanta farm obtained permission for\u00a0<b>a new supplementary activity<\/b>, enabling them to generate additional\u00a0<b>income through<\/b>\u00a0workshops and courses even after the project ends. A farm member also engaged in\u00a0<b>agricultural activity insurance.<\/b>.<\/li>\n \t<li>By<b>\u00a0transferring acquired knowledge and project information<\/b>\u00a0to other farms (e.g., \u0160tanta farm), we ensure the project\u2019s sustainability and usefulness, while encouraging them to consider implementing new, non-agricultural activities that can provide additional income and job opportunities.<\/li>\n \t<li>With\u00a0<b>new employment<\/b>\u00a0at the leading partner (Inkluzivni park 1890), the project achieved added value\u2014promoting youth employment, acquiring new knowledge and experiences, expanding project information, etc.<\/li>\n \t<li>Through\u00a0<b>evaluation<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>dissemination of<\/b>\u00a0<b>project results<\/b>\u00a0(via various communication channels), we will further contribute to its sustainability and usefulness, potentially encouraging more farms to diversify their activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44af740 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44af740\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe project is a model of good practice that combines new knowledge, concern for individual health and well-being, and the well-being of society as a whole.
